# Old version document upgrade instructions
## Changes

In order to further optimize performance and improve the user experience, the cloud document component plans to upgrade the old version SDK of **<1.2.1** to **1.2.21** in batches through **CDN coverage** from **March 1, 2025**. After the upgrade, the old version function configuration remains unchanged, and developers do not need to do anything extra.

**Expected effective time: 2025-03-01**

## Potential impact
- If there is a scenario where documents from different tenants are loaded, the original replace logic needs to be changed to a form of re-requesting signature+render.
- In the old version of the cloud document component, the loaded document has a fixed /component path. After upgrading the SDK, docx (new document type) will remove this path, and the access party needs to pay attention to whether the existing business logic has a judgment dependency on the path.
